We have a humble unit run by Pahadi women farmers and workers who come together and process and blend the Kadha. How to Prepare
Kadha, also known as Kwath, means a decoction achieved after boiling natural dried herbs, spices, roots and rhizomes. These ingredients are boiled in water to extract their goodness and benefits and create a decoction that helps in building holistic health.
It does have a mild bitter taste which can be balanced by using honey or rock salt.
It is advised not to drink Kadha on a daily basis. Ideally have it once a week and once you have completed a 3 weeks cycle of having it once a week, take a break for two week and then restart. In case you are suffering from cold, cough, flu or infection you can have it twice a week when unwell.
