A rare spring harvest. Delicate and tender early leaves & buds plucked in between February to April makes the first-flush. The first flush teas are known for their delicacy and freshness. Having all winter to mature the resulting tea-liquor from first-flush leaves is light hued, seemingly clear & bright like the first morning ray of sun. It is brisk flavoured, fresh, green & temperately floral in aroma.
