It's real honey — proven, not promised.
An NMR test in Germany — the same method used to catch fake and adulterated honey — found no syrups and no foreign sugars. Just honey.

It was never heated.
HMF, a marker that rises when honey is heated, came back below the detectable limit. No heat damage — it reached you the way it left the hive.

It's still alive.
Honey's natural enzymes are destroyed by heat. Ours measured Diastase at 36.4 — roughly twice the minimum for European premium-grade honey. The enzymes are intact and active.

It's clean.
Screened for over 260 pesticides and antibiotics. None were detected. Nothing found.

It's a rare kind of honey.
The lab classified this batch as honeydew — honey gathered from the forest canopy rather than from flowers. Far less of it exists, which is why most people have never tasted it.

It comes from one place.
A single forest in Champawat Hills, Kumaon, gathered in one spring season by native Apis cerana bees. Not blended across regions or harvests.
